Simon Binon - Trumpet (Public Prize).
A simply amazing talent. Simon broke with tradition by demonstrating his amazing whistling skills during his signature end piece, a very special version of 'La vie en rose'
Naomi Rofagha - Piano
Our youngest finalist, at just 16. Naomi chose Sergej Rachmaninov's Prelude in D op.23 nr.4 (Andante cantabile) & Frédéric Chopin's Polonaise in fis op.44. Her playing was delicate and expressive, demonstrating her mastery and passion for her instrument.
Sarah Bayens - Violin
Sarah Bayens (our 2018 winner) came back to gave us an incredible performance of Joseph Ryelandt's Barcarolle for violin and piano and Ludwig Van Beethoven's, Sonata for violin and piano (Presto). And a wonderful rendition of Amy Beach's, Romance.
